Jerry Jeudy's time in Cleveland appears to be heading toward an uncertain point. Once widely touted as a potential generational talent, the former first-round pick now finds himself pushed down the Browns' receiver hierarchy. With K.C. Concepcion and Denzel Boston emerging, Cleveland may have less reason to keep relying on Jeudy.

Jeudy joined the Browns in 2024 and immediately delivered the best season of his Cleveland career. He caught 90 passes for 1,229 yards and four touchdowns that year, earning his first Pro Bowl selection. However, his production dropped significantly in 2025, when he managed 50 receptions for 602 yards and two touchdowns.

His situation has become even more complicated this season. Jeudy has recorded just two catches for 26 yards through the opening two games, while Boston has quickly established himself as a major part of the offense. Reports now suggest the Las Vegas Raiders and Miami Dolphins have shown interest in potentially acquiring Jeudy.

That could give Cleveland an opportunity to move on while opening opportunities for younger receivers. Jeudy's name still carries plenty of recognition, but his current role makes his future with the Browns increasingly uncertain.

Browns WR Denzel Boston Is Already Building Chemistry With Deshaun Watson

Denzel Boston's emergence has made the situation even more intriguing. The rookie has already shown a strong connection with Deshaun Watson, and that chemistry produced a major moment against Tampa Bay.

Watson completed 24 of 30 passes for 238 yards and two touchdowns in Cleveland's 23-19 victory. Boston led the Browns with five receptions for 95 yards and a touchdown, including a 55-yard score that tied the game.

That performance only strengthens Boston's case for more opportunities. If his connection with Watson continues developing, Cleveland could increasingly look toward its younger receivers rather than Jeudy.

For now, the Browns appear to have a decision to make.
