NFL Fans Divided Over Kevin Stefanski’s Ranking in 2025 NFLPA Report

The 2025 NFLPA report cards were not meant to be disclosed to the public, but the NFL insiders leaked them anyway.

The results meant bad news for the Cleveland Browns’ former head coach, Kevin Stefanski.

Stefanski, who has now taken over the Atlanta Falcons, has been ranked a C- grade. This is the lowest grade among all head NFL coaches.

The NFLPA is a report card that seeks player feedback on various aspects of the franchise, with head coach criteria among them.

It’s not only the Browns’ coach who got a bad grade, however. Andrew Berry, general manager of the Cleveland Browns, got a “C” grade, which is the second-worst rating among all executives.

Overall, the Browns have ranked 30th for the second year in a row. They ranked D- in the treatment of families, F in the locker room, and C in the training room.

Fans found it fitting that Stefanski received such a low grade after the disastrous 2025 season. Stefanski led the Cleveland Browns to a 5-12 record, after which he was fired.

Kevin Stefanski’s grading drew mixed reactions from fans

Fingers have pointed in every direction to come to the bottom of the Browns’ disappointing performance in the 2025 season.

Some fans thought that Stefanski was the reason, and now their opinions have only gotten stronger after the report cards were released.

One fan commented on Stefanski’s ratings, saying, “Stefanski should be thrilled that this report came out. He was hired by the Falcons.”

Another attributed the Browns’ shoddy performance to Stefanski’s dwindling interest in the job.

“[He was] probably counting down the seconds until he could leave,” the fan chimed in.

Sean McVay, the head coach of the Los Angeles Rams, along with Dan Quinn, head coach of the Washington Commanders, received an A+ in the report card.

“And the Falcons grabbed [him] as if he were Sean McVay,” a disappointed fan wrote.

Some fans, however, don’t seem to think that Stefanski is the only problem the Browns had. A confused offensive line that does not seem to be able to decide on a quarterback, along with a lack of stable wide receivers, can also be cited as a problem.

“Don’t care what the players think of the coach. I care what the coach thinks of the players,” one fan commented.

One fan seems to think that Stefanski received this rating because he held the players accountable.

“This is actually good. Players all cry and complain when coaches aren’t buddy-buddy with them and hold them accountable,” the fan wrote.

Another thing to note is that Todd Monken, as the former offensive coordinator for the Baltimore Ravens, received a B-.

Now with Monken at the helm, he will surely look to avoid another Stefanski-like situation. What do you think of Stefanski’s grades for the 2025 season? Let us know in the comments.
