Wyatt Teller's Wife Drops Cryptic Post Hours After Kevin Stefanski's Firing Announcement

After delivering another poor season, the Browns have sacked Kevin Stefanski. Although it might not come as a shock to many, Cleveland players openly expressed disappointment with the decision.

However, not everybody was sad following the news of Stefanski’s departure. Wyatt Teller, the Browns’ guard, who was put on IR because of a calf injury, is in the spotlight.

His wife, Carly Teller, took to X and shared a cryptic message for the two-time Coach of the Year. “You play stupid games, you win stupid prizes,” she wrote.

This could very possibly be a direct shot at Stefanski, implying that the Browns’ offense has been poor under him.

In Cleveland’s last regular-season game, rookie QB Shedeur Sanders was sacked six times. It showcased how badly the offensive unit performed and what needed to be changed next season.

And Carly’s message might not be a coincidence at all, considering Stefanski decided to rotate Teller midway through the season.

Teller suffered a calf injury in Game Week 13 against the San Francisco 49ers. Unfortunately, it re-aggravated against the Steelers and was ultimately placed on injured reserve.

What’s next for Kevin Stefanski and the Cleveland Browns?

Although Kevin Stefanski’s departure from the Browns was disappointing, he might not be out of a job for long.

According to NFL Insider Adam Schefter, Stefanski will be in contact with many teams for the head coach position. While the two-time Coach of the Year lost his job at the Browns, a few other teams sacked their head coaches as well.

The Cardinals sacked Jonathan Gannon after delivering three consecutive losing seasons. Meanwhile, HC Raheem Morris was sacked by the Falcons. He produced back-to-back poor seasons with an 8-9 record. Tennessee is also looking for a head coach after a disappointing 3-14 season.

As for the Browns, general manager Andrew Berry stated that the focus was on making the O-line strong. They aim to step onto the field next season with a stable O-line that complements their elite defense well. Will Wyatt Teller be a part of the Browns’ plans for next season? Let us know in the comments!
