Shedeur Sanders Offers Honest Thoughts as Rookie QB Left Helpless Against Bears

The 3-31 beating from the Bears will haunt the Browns and Shedeur Sanders for a while. The Bears' defense did not go easy on the QB, sacking him 5 times.

In the post-game press conference, a reporter, reminding Sanders that he knew this was a tough defense, asked what they did to create the pressure.

"They just had a great defensive scheme, and I enjoy playing against them. I enjoy playing in that because it was definitely a little challenge, so I look forward to learning from that and look forward to understanding exactly how things was on film and just be able to learn from it," he answered.

The Chicago Bears have the most opponent turnovers by a team this season, with 30 opponent turnovers. Going into the game, many experts predicted that it could be a 'stinker' for the Browns quarterback, and that is what happened.

Sanders recorded just 18-of-35 for 177 yards, zero TDs, and 3 interceptions against the Bears. But Sanders has had his learning from the game.

Shedeur Sanders' takeaways from Week 15

The Browns' QB was asked about the biggest takeaways from the game against the Bears. Contrary to what one might have thought, Sanders had his priorities.

"Biggest takeaway from the game, well, I gotta decompress, you know, and understand everything that just transpired for real. So I just showered, I just did everything I could to get ready to come in here. And then I'll be able to watch it and be able to understand, but it's a lot of different things you could think and everything. But the main thing is, decompress, chill, and be able to learn from it."

He probably would need more time to watch the film before answering where he could improve. But what do you think? Where can he improve? Tell us in the comments.
