Shedeur Sanders had a successful career in Boulder, Colorado. The quarterback played two seasons for the Buffaloes in 2023 and 2024.
Through his two years at Colorado, Sanders had 7,364 yards, 64 touchdowns, and played 24 games. Sanders also has a 71.8% completion percentage, which is a record for D1 college football, as per Sports Reference.

How did Shedeur Sanders do in his first NFL season?
After having one of the best individual seasons at Colorado, Shedeur Sanders declared for the NFL draft in 2025.
Sanders was drafted as the 144th overall pick in round five by the Cleveland Browns. Sanders joined a stacked quarterback room of Deshaun Watson and Dillon Gabriel.
Dillon Gabriel was named the starting QB, given that Watson was recovering from his Achilles injury. Gabriel suffered a concussion in week 11 against the Ravens, which saw Sanders get a shot at the QB spot.
Sanders played eight games and recorded 1,400 yards with seven touchdowns. Sanders also earned his first Pro Bowl nomination in 2025.
There is still no clear indication who the starting QB will be for the Browns. Could it be Shedeur Sanders?
