Kevin Stefanski can't get out of the hot waters he has been in since the season started. The number of people criticizing him on topics related to Shedeur has only increased, and this time, it's Browns' legend Emmitt Smith.

Taking to the comments section of a social media post, Smith heavily criticised the Browns' head coach for how he is handling Sanders.

"This is why coaches can help or hinder your career. Great coaches put their players in the position to be successful. Others, like this dude, do the opposite if they don't want you to be successful or are too busy trying to control you and not thinking about winning. Don't think that he doesn't have an ego and pride. That's the only reason why you do stupid s*** like that."

Stefanski has made some controversial decisions regarding Sanders. While not starting him over, Dillion Gabriel was debatlable, the game against the Titans had him in the dock. The play in question was when the Brown HC pulled Sanders ( 364 yards, 3TDs, and 1 Rush TD) off the field.

This was when the Browns had the chance to tie the game with a two-point conversion. He opted for the Wildcat play with running back Quinshon Judkins taking the snap, and it failed.

Since then, fans and experts have been criticising him. In his defense, the Wildcat has been relatively successful with four touchdowns from Judkins throughout the season.

After the loss to the Titans, Stefanski was criticised not just because of the play but also because the Browns lost to the worst team in the league.

And with the rumors and calls of being fired, NFL Insider Albert Greer suggested he better do. "Has this just become, ‘You know what, this hasn’t worked out for either one of us over the last couple of years, so maybe it’s just time...’ The one thing that would be really frustrating for me if I were a coach there is that you’ve been trying to make decisions for football reasons and nobody will accept them."

The 31-3 humiliation from the Bears in Week 15 has only made the case worse for him. What do you think?
