NFL Injury Report: All Major Injuries for 4 Remaining Franchises Before Divisional Finals
The 2025-26 NFL divisional round has come to an end, and now we look towards the finals. The Broncos, Patriots, Rams, and Seahawks are the 4 NFL teams that will go up against each other next weekend. Are there any injuries that could prove to be roadblocks for these teams? Check out
Denver Broncos
- Bo Nix: Out for the rest of the season after breaking his ankle late in the Broncos’ OT win vs. the Bills.
- Pat Bryant: Exited the last game after suffering a concussion in the first half
- Troy Franklin: Injured his hamstring in the game against the Bills and had to exit the field in the first half.
Backups- Jarrett Stidham, Marvin Mims Jr., and Lil'Jordan Humphrey
The team would step well without Bryant and Frankin but Bo Nix being injured has almost paralysed the offense. His backup, Jarrett Stidham, made his last NFL throw in 2023.
Inactive: Elijah Moore (WR), Caleb Lohner (TE), Sam Ehlinger (QB), Que Robinson (OLB), Karene Reid (ILB), Reese Taylor (CB), Sai’vion Jones (DE).
New England Patriots
- Carlton Davis III: Exited the Patriots' win over the Texans after suffering a head injury in the second half. He was initially questionable to return but was eventually ruled out for the rest of that game as he entered the NFL’s concussion protocol.
Backup- Charles Woods
Davis had 39 solo tackles and 30 assists in 17 games this season. If he has to sit out in the next game, his absence will leave a dent in the Patriots' defense.
Inactive: Marcus Bryant (OT), Caedan Wallace (G), C.J. Dippre (TE), Eric Gregory (DT), Kobee Minor (CB), Bradyn Swinson (LB), Tommy DeVito (QB).
Seattle Seahawks
- Zach Charbonnet: Had to leave the game against the 49ers after a knee injury, which was later reported to be a torn ACL. This means he is out of the season.
- Sam Darnold: Reported to have an oblique injury but played the game against the 49ers through it.
Backups: Kenneth Walker and Drew Lock
Charbonnet had 184 carries for 730 yards and scored 12 touchdowns in 16 games this season. The ACL has for sure stolen one of the Seahawks' favorite RBs. But he is primarily the backup for Walker, who has 221 carries for 1,027 yards and scored 5 touchdowns.
Inactive: Josh Jones (OL), Jalen Milroe (QB), Bryce Cabeldue (OL), Mason Richman (OL), Rylie Mills (DL), Jared Ivey (OLB).
Los Angeles Rams
- Emmanuel Forbes Jr: Suffered a shoulder injury in the first half of the Rams’ 20-17 OT win over the Chicago Bears.
Backup: Darious Williams
He is the team's primary CB and has had 32 solo tackles, 13 assists, and 3 interceptions in 17 games this season. Losing him has definitely affected the Rams' defense massively.
Inactive: Tutu Atwell (WR), Jarquez Hunter (RB), Derion Kendrick (CB), Nick Vannett (TE), Tanner Ingle (S), D.J. Humphries (OL), Stetson Bennett IV (QB).
This list is speculative, based on the fact that the final list is yet to be released, and fans can remain hopeful that many could recover and bounce back soon.
Meanwhile, is there any player you would like to see back on the field? Or if you have a different set of predictions, let us know in the comments.
