Myles Garrett is now being mentioned alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger after his photoshoot with Sports Illustrated. Hall of Famer Michael Strahan even thinks Garrett makes the 'Terminator' look small.

The sack record-holder donned Terminator-style sunglasses and a leather jacket, with visible abs, drawing the comparison with the 7x Mr. Olympia.

"He makes Arnold Schwarzenegger look like a little person!” the 2014 Hall of Famer said in the latest SI report.

Well, Myles Garrett is strong enough to neutralize all the roadblocks and then the quarterback on the field. We saw that as he recorded 23 sacks in the 2025 season.

The Browns' defensive end is 6' 4" tall and weighs 272 lbs, while Arnold Schwarzenegger does fall short a little at 6'2" and 260 lbs in his prime offseason days. But the Austrian Oak does have a much bigger stature.

The Arnold Sports Festival, considered the second-most important bodybuilding event after Mr. Olympia, is named after him. He is often considered one of the greatest bodybuilders ever, if not the greatest. And he is also seen as the sport’s most charismatic ambassador.

Garrett has yet to reach that level in the NFL, but more interestingly, he has had Schwarzenegger's approval once.

Before an NFL game in October 2024, Myles Garrett showed up to the stadium dressed up as “The Terminator”. The Browns' star did the character justice with a detailed and realistic Halloween costume.

He included a realistic mask based on Schwarzenegger’s cyborg look, and it was widely shared online. And it ultimately did catch the eye of the original "Terminator."

“10/10. No notes," he responded. “It was sick,” Garrett said of the response. “Growing up being a huge Arnold fan, and loving a lot of his work, so it’s great to get a little bit of praise from him.”
