Shedeur Sanders has been busy with interviews in his first season as an NFL player, and the interviewers are busy trying to get controversial answers from him.

The Browns' quarterback appeared in an interview, One Night with Steiny, where Aaron "Steiny" Steinberg enraged the fans of the Browns' star. What did the podcast host do?

Sanders had just answered the question about how he is feeling about the offseason and how it is for the rookies when Steinberg said, "Well, Coach Stefanski can't get mad anymore?". This drew an awkward, "What?" from Shedeur Sanders.

The QB later smiled when the host told him the context behind this was related to his brother Shilo Sanders' clip. But the fans were furious by that moment, and one of them even commented, "You really are a miserable person. I feel sorry for you. SLIME is right."

For those who might have forgotten, the Kevin Stefanski and Shedeur Sanders drama was a key point of the Browns' 2025 season. Stefanski did not start the NFL season with the 24-year-old and only sent him to play when Dillon Gabriel suffered a concussion against the Ravens.

And that too when Sanders did not have any first-team reps. Even when the former Colorado QB became QB1, many fans and commentators accused Stefanski of sabotaging him or not wanting him to succeed, solely based on game-time decisions.

The interviewer wanted something for the Browns' star on that, but he did not speak directly about him. Though the fans are angry.

Fans Furious Over Interview for Trying to "Coax" Shedeur Sanders

The fans of the Browns quarterback did not take it easy on Aaron "Steiny" Steinberg for trying to get him speak on Kevin Stefanski. One said, "He never said that, even though the interviewer tried to coax it out of him."

Another followed the same line, saying, "The gimpy interviewer tried to get Sanders to say something negative about Stefanski, and it failed." As a matter of fact, despite what has been said in the media, both Shedeur Sanders and Kevin Stefanski have not said an ill word about each other.

One comment said, "He didn't say that at all. Steiny tried to get him to say that, but Shedeur handled that question with class instead." And that's right, all that the Browns' rookie gave Steinberg was an awkward what and a smile afterwards when he mentioned Kevin Stefanski.

Another user wrote down, "M*s love to get dat chance to even mention 12 name ts attract 💰😂 yussa b** using da false narratives nd shii to do it tho".

Sanders' fan does attract a lot of media attention, given he is the son of HOF Deion Sanders and one of the only QBs to have his jersey number retired in college.
