Jarrett Stidham's Wife Rallies For Husband After 1st Touchdown After 749 Days

It took Jarrett Stidham just 5 minutes to make his mark in the championship game. And he had one special person cheering him on.

In the Broncos’ second drive, the broadcast cut to his wife, Kennedy Stidham, as she clapped from the stands. Before the Broncos faced the Bills in the divisional round, she posted pictures with the Broncos' QB. They have been together since 2015 and got married in 2019.

Kennedy Stidham is an influencer and YouTuber who has always rallied behind her husband and supported the Broncos as well.

After the divisional game, she posted, “Ultimately so proud of these boys & what they have accomplished so far. Do it for 10!!!!” and also reshared a photo of Stidham that said, “Do it for Bo.”

Later, on game day before kickoff, he hugged his daughters, Lennon Love Stidham and Nella Jay Stidham. And in the Championship game, he gave them another reason to cheer.

With 10:19 remaining in the first quarter, Jarrett Stidham threw his first touchdown in 749 days. His last score came in the 2023 season on January 7, 2024, when the Broncos lost to the Raiders with a 14-27 score. Since then, the Broncos have been lucky enough to keep Bo Nix injury-free, and that has meant Stidham spent most of the time on the sidelines.

However, the lack of playtime didn’t show in the first half of the Championship game against an MVP candidate.

Jarrett Stidham Is Matching Drake Maye’s Numbers

Drake Maye has been the superstar this season. The QB has racked up 4,394 yards and 31 touchdowns in 17 games this season. His yardage and touchdown totals are both second-best in the league this season, yet Stidham is going toe-to-toe with the MVP candidate.

The Broncos QB had the Patriots fans scared after throwing the first touchdown of the game. Plus, so far, he has shown no signs of being a backup quarterback with no game time. The numbers prove it.

Stidham has completed 12 passes out of 21 attempts and thrown for 123 yards. Meanwhile, Drake Maye has a 50% completion rate (7/14) for just 41. Although both of them have contributed with a touchdown, the game is tied at 7-7. Who will be taking this one? Let us know your thoughts in the comments!
