Kevin Stefanski is in hot water, particularly after he made what might have been a game-changing call, and he's not getting called out by analysts.

FOX Analyst Robert Griffin III has now joined the discussion, calling Stefanski out.

“You have to be in touch with what’s going on in the game, and the young man that gave you the best chance to win the game should’ve been on the field in the most crucial point of the game. He wasn’t, and that’s a coaching failure on their part."

The Browns had a chance to tie the game with a two-point conversion after getting within striking distance against the Titans. Instead of keeping Shedeur Sanders, who had 3 passing and one rushing touchdowns, as the quarterback for that attempt, Stefanski pulled him off the field. He chose a Wildcat play with running back Quinshon Judkins taking the snap that failed.

Although the Wildcat has been relatively successful with four touchdowns from Judkins throughout the season, it hadn't worked on a different attempt earlier in the Titans game. Griffin felt Stefanski could have changed things up, considering the game Shedeur Sanders was having.

"In that moment, I think you have to say to yourself this young man has four touchdowns, he’s led us all the way back into this game and kept us in this game. We should not be taking him off the field. That, to me, was where the mistake was."

And it wasn't just Griffin who put Kevin Stefanski under scrutiny

Kevin Stefanski was hanging on by a thread after the 49ers loss, and losing against the worst side in the league has just made it worse.

And with his plays getting questioned, NFL Insider Albert Greer explained Stefanski may just want to walk away.

"Has this just become, ‘You know what, this hasn’t worked out for either one of us over the last couple of years, so maybe it’s just time...’ The one thing that would be really frustrating for me if I were a coach there is that you’ve been trying to make decisions for football reasons and nobody will accept them."
