Falcons Continue to Make Dents into Browns as Another Top Name Joins Kevin Stefanski
The Cleveland Browns' offseason is going from bad to worse. For one, they have not found a replacement for Kevin Stefanski, and now some are even leaving them.
According to Mary Kay Cabot, the Atlanta Falcons have announced they have hired Bob Quinn as a senior advisor. He will be leaving the Browns to join Kevin Stefanski.
Quinn was the Vice President of Football Operations for the Lions from 2016 to 2020. He, paired with the head coach, Matt Patricia, failed to bring success. They were 31-43-1 during his tenure as GM.
With him as GM, the Lions drafted players like Graham Glasgow, Kenny Golladay, Frank Ragnow, and T.J. Hockenson.

The Browns are currently without a head coach and offensive coordinator. With Quinn gone as well, many fans are losing patience with Jimmy Haslam and Andrew Berry. They sacked Stefanski after back-to-back poor seasons.
It will be intriguing to see how Haslam and Berry solve the big coaching staff dilemma.
Cleveland Browns Head Coaching Tracker
The Cleveland Browns remain one of the few teams that have yet to find a new head coach.
Recently, Grant Udinski, one of the top candidates for the job, withdrew his name from the race and joined the Jacksonville Jaguars as offensive coordinator.
Mike McDaniel (Chargers OC), Tommy Rees (Falcons OC), and Jesse Minter (Ravens HC) are also no longer available.
Cleveland recently concluded an interview with the Commanders' RB coach, which was also a step towards completing the Rooney Rule.
The Browns' remaining coaching pool is small. It includes Jim Schwartz, their defensive coordinator, who had done an excellent job last season. Other names like Todd Monken (Ravens OC) and Nate Scheelhasse (Rams pass game coordinator).
