“Don’t Really Care”: Josh Allen Takes Full Responsibility Over Bills’ Playoffs Failure

Even weeks after the horror show against the Denver Broncos, Josh Allen hasn't stopped blaming himself for his errors.
Talking to FS1's First Things First, Allen was asked about the Super Bowl dream, and he replied:
“That's the ultimate goal, to win a Super Bowl, and it takes so much throughout the season to get there and to go out and win it, and I'm gonna keep working tirelessly until we get that opportunity to get it done."
Ever since he was drafted by the Bills in 2018, Josh Allen has not been to a Super Bowl despite winning the MVP accolade. They've certainly come close. And in both cases, the Kansas City Chiefs knocked them out in 2021 and 2025.
That's why the host asked if the Kansas City Chiefs' not being in the playoffs this season had an impact on how the Bills approached their campaign. However, Allen shrugged it off by saying:
"We don't really care so much about who's in the playoffs with us, how to get there, or how to get it done. The short answer is we didn't get it done this year, and that's on us, that's on me," he added.
Even without the Chiefs in the playoffs, the Bills crashed out against the Broncos. And Allen referred to his four turnovers as a major hurdle in their AFC campaign.
But in the coming season, will the Bills be prepared to push for the Super Bowl?
Joe Brady Is the First Change for Josh Allen and Co.
The Bills replaced Sean McDermott with Joe Brady for the head coach spot. The former offensive coordinator turned head coach knows the pressure and kept expectations realistic.
"I understand the expectations that come with this job. But it’s important to understand that this is going to be a new year and we have to start over. We don’t get to just pick up where we left off and think that hey, next week we’re going to be in the conference championship game."
This rebuild starts from the offense, bringing in wide receivers to channel Josh Allen's offense well.
Do you think the Bills can mount another Super Bowl campaign?
