The Cleveland Browns' decision to name Deshaun Watson QB1 has created plenty of backlash. Now, one of his biggest problems at the position has been highlighted.

Speaking on the Ultimate Cleveland Sports Show, Browns reporter Mary Kay Cabot shared what she has seen from Watson in practice. Her biggest concern is that the quarterback appears to lack chemistry with several of his teammates.

Cabot specifically pointed to Watson's connection with tight end Harold Fannin Jr. She believes their lack of chemistry is already leading to missed opportunities and fewer completions.

"He needs to get better chemistry with some of his guys. Even yesterday, I saw him throw the ball to Harold Fannin. I mean, they just weren't on the same page. And so that's one of my primary concerns, is that he doesn't have the requisite chemistry or timing yet with Harold Fannin Jr., who is an enormous part of this offense, right?"

That could become a major issue once the regular season begins. If Watson continues struggling to connect with his weapons, questions could quickly emerge about how long he remains under center.

Watson's QB1 status isn't the only reason Browns fans are frustrated with him. The controversy surrounding his return has already created plenty of tension between the quarterback and Cleveland supporters.

That tension increased during the preseason. Following Cleveland's second preseason game, Watson addressed the media after being booed throughout the contest.

The quarterback called out Browns fans for being disrespectful. His comments only added another layer to an already complicated relationship with the fan base, and it doesn't look like things will change anytime soon.
