Deion Sanders Jr. Claps Back at Shedeur Sanders Critics

Ever since Shedeur Sanders threw the 5-yard completion to Cedric Tillman in Week 11 of the 2025 NFL season, he has been subjected to criticism. Now, his brother Deion Sanders Jr. is firing back.

On 12 February 2026, he posted a video of Shedeur, him, and their father from the 2025 NFL honors with the song "All Fall Down (No Sympathy)" on X.

Sanders Jr. could relate to the lyrics, "B***** tried to knock my brothers off. They tried, and they failed, still getting money. " Now he was primarily talking about how he missed his brothers in the video.

He has also posted it at a time when there is no certainty about Shedeur Sanders' future with the Cleveland Browns as thier starting QB for the upcoming season.

Deion Sanders Jr. would know how hard things can get for a football player, as he has played college football as a wide receiver at Southern Methodist University (SMU) from 2013-2015.

He’s the eldest son of Deion Sanders and his first wife, Carolyn Chambers. After his playing days, Deion Jr. shifted into media, content creation, and entrepreneurship. Seeing Shedeur being criticized, voiced his support for his brother, just like his dad.

Deion Sanders Backs Shedeur Sanders

Most recently, Shedeur got a lot of heat for getting selected for the Pro Bowl. “We cannot reward mediocrity… If you have more interceptions than touchdowns, there’s no way you should be rewarded.” Tyrann Mathieu said on his In The Bayou podcast.

However, Deion Sanders defended the Browns' quarterback in a recent episode of the Pro Bowl that aired before the Pro Bowl.

“People have no idea of what he’s truly gone through. You just seeing what’s on stage. You never see behind the curtains...I’m proud of him. I’m happy for him. He’s accomplished something I didn’t do even in his first year,” said coach Prime Time.

The Colorado Buffaloes head coach even talked about how he made his first Pro Bowl in 1991 after debuting in 1989, while his son made his first Pro Bowl in his debut year.
