The Cleveland Browns could be heading toward another change at quarterback after their Week 2 game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

According to ESPN Cleveland on X/Twitter, Ian Rapoport reported that the Browns plan to reevaluate their quarterback situation after Sunday’s game. That puts Deshaun Watson under renewed pressure after he struggled in Cleveland’s season opener.

Watson completed 16 of 22 passes for 205 yards, one touchdown and one interception against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He also took five sacks as the Browns fell behind 31-0 before halftime.

The unexpected turn of events could bring Shedeur Sanders back into the conversation. Sanders entered the season as Watson’s backup after the veteran quarterback got the nod during Cleveland’s training camp in preseason.

However, the report does not confirm that Sanders will start Week 3.
