Shedeur Sanders vs Caleb Williams
Caleb Williams, the Bears’ quarterback, scored two touchdowns with wide receiver DJ Moore. Moreover, D’Andre Swift, their running back, scored two points. Shedeur Sanders opened for the Browns but fell short this time.

Unlike his stellar four-touchdown performance, where he completed 23 out of 42 passing attempts against the Tennessee Titans, Sanders threw three interceptions. He completed 18 out of 35 (only 51.4%) passing attempts in this match.
Myles Garrett and his sack record chase
Defensive end Myles Garrett, with Shelby Harris, sacked Caleb Williams in the fourth quarter, recording 21.5 sacks this season. He is now shy of just two more to surpass the existing NFL record for most sacks in a season. At present, Hall of Famer Michael Strahan and Steelers’ T.J. Watt share this record.
Sanders Sacked Multiple Times
Sanders could not complete his first two passes and was dropped for a 9-yard loss on a third-and-ten sack. In a third-and-eight on Chicago's 31-yard line, he dropped back to pass and was sacked from his blind side.
This loss resulted in a punt but made no points. Bear’s Linebacker D'Marco Jackson sacked Sanders on an eight-yard loss before he could make a throw.
Special Team Disappointed
On the opening kickoff, the Bears' special teams returned a ball caught on the 1-yard line after blowing through an unblocked lane.
Currently, the Browns stand 4th in the AFC North at 3-10 in 2025. They next face the Buffalo Bills, the Pittsburgh Steelers, the number one in the AFC North, and the Cincinnati Bengals.
