Bad News For Jerry Jeudy As ESPN Links Browns To 2000+ Yards Draft Prospect

Jerry Jeudy's position in Cleveland may not be secure. A new report from ESPN links the Browns to a dynamic Texas A&M receiver, signaling the team is looking for more offensive weapons.
After Jeudy only managed two touchdowns last season, and with two first-round picks in hand, a recent report now links Cleveland to a rising draft star from Texas A&M.
ESPN's Peter Schrager provided this theory, connecting the Browns to Texas A&M wide receiver KC Concepcion through their selection of the No. 24 overall pick.
"Concepcion is a do-everything wideout who averaged 15.1 yards per catch in 2025 and can also be a key playmaker in the return game," Schrager noted. "New offensive coordinator Travis Switzer and new coach Todd Monken both had Flowers in Baltimore, and they could get creative with how they use Concepcion in this offense."
Despite featuring in all 34 regular-season games over the last two years, Jeudy has only yielded six scores thus far. His initial season was impressive, crossing the 1,200-yard mark, but this year, he just about crossed 600 yards.
In his single season at Texas A&M, Concepcion achieved 919 receiving yards and 10 total touchdowns. All in all, he ended his college career with 2,218 yards.

The Browns have already hosted Concepcion for an official Top-30 pre-draft visit, signaling genuine intent. The General Manager, Andrew Berry, confirmed at the combine that Jeudy remains part of their plans, yet they intend to acquire additional "weapons" for their team.
KC Concepcion's Journey to a 2025 Texas A&M Offense
After his family moved from Rochester, NY, to Charlotte, NC, when he was very young (about 3-5), KC Concepcion spent his childhood in that North Carolina city. He started playing flag football early on.
At Chambers High School, he won four regional titles and state championships.
The three-star recruit selected NC State as his college after North Carolina offered him admission before he transferred to Texas A&M for the 2025 season.
At the Aggies, he developed his skills to become one of the top wide receivers in college football. The head coach, Mike Elko, described his work ethic as "tremendous" and his dedication to his tasks.
Across his freshman and sophomore seasons, Concepcion quickly built a reputation as a consistent playmaker, racking up 18 total touchdowns in just 25 games. Paired with an average of around 10 yards per catch, his early college stretch showcased both reliability and scoring impact.
"He is a versatile playmaker with an innate feel for getting open before the catch and creating after it. He has the receiving talent to become a starting slot or Z while also providing value as a punt returner." Draft analyst Dane Brugler summed up.
Concepcion's exceptional acceleration and competitive abilities make him a valuable player for professional football, attracting interest from other NFL teams as well, such as the Buffalo Bills, Miami Dolphins, and New England Patriots.
